Gabby Windbury is a counseling professional working toward her Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) licensure in South Carolina. She previously completed her graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University.
Gabby was born in Minnesota, raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and has lived in Colorado, Florida, and now resides in Upstate South Carolina with her husband, baby, and their pets. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her clinical work and values meeting clients with empathy, patience, and genuine care.
In her counseling work, Gabby takes a holistic and relational approach, believing that healing and growth happen best in a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and understood. She is especially passionate about walking alongside clients as they build self-awareness, strengthen emotional health, and move toward more empowered and intentional living.
Gabby is currently on maternity leave and will be returning to the practice at the end of the summer.
How Much Is It?
Gabby will be offering heavily discounted services in person in Greenville and online to anyone in South Carolina. Sessions can range anywhere from $10-$80 depending on need and income! (Use this graphic to help determine where you might fall on that scale, and then talk to Gabby about how much you can pay. We trust you to make the best decision for yourself and decide that alongside Gabby!)
How Does seeing an Intern Work?
As an intern at Kennington Counseling, Gabby will work under the supervision of both Jordan Kennington LPCS-C and other supervised professors at Liberty University. This includes weekly check-ins with these licensed professionals to ensure she is providing the highest quality care.
Who Is Gabby’s Ideal Client?
Gabby loves working with a diverse array of clients, but her special interests include premarital counseling and couples, adolescents and young adults, adults dealing with depression, anxiety, or life changes, and persons wanting to incorporate faith and spirituality into their counseling.
